Mouthful - Casper

Stop here on the way through Casper and we were so impressed! Local and local establishment! When we sat with our family, Tyler came out to say hello. He started the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that he had started it from the ground on 2016. The food was amazing. We all ordered various things, salad, burgers, nachos and were blown away in quality and taste. It was a little hard to find because it was behind a Liquor store (I think it's called moonlight liquor). But totally WORTH it!!

Great food! You always have new Burger creations! You are in the brewery, which is a big plus. The service is also great! It also has a spectacular view of Casper and the mountain! Bring the children because they are also welcome!!

Oh, man, what a great experience. I met the owner last time I went through town, and I didn't do it then, but I'm sure I did this time. I rarely spend 5 stars, but they earn it for all parts of the service and the business that they run at Mouthful. The hardest part just finds the place as the restaurant is located in the bar. The service was fabulous, even though it was completely blind with tears, extraditions and walks from the vagina. I had the Sweet Sriracha Burger, who was in the seasonal menu. All flavors were on site. It was ground beef with fire roasted jalapeño, pineapple, Sriracha, Mayo, crossing the heat from Jalapeño and Sriracha was a much better taste then expected. The pineapple sweetened the heat in a wonderful way, then the Mayo naturally cleaned the heat. My only take was the pineapple bites, although we are fresh and tasty, they were just a little too big for my pleasure. The bread frits really won me. If a restaurant get her frits as good as those, I knew I was for the rest of my meal to treat. I have the chance to talk to the owner and he's a very driven restaurant owner. This is something that is really missing this day and age of the boxes restaurants. Casper or people who travel through, please take the time to find Mouthful, you will be totally enthusiastic you did. It's a jewel of a place!

Love the food here! I always hope they open a place closer where we live (East Casper), as we would eat more often here. Absolutely love their BBQ Burger. Only negative, I wish they had more healthy food options. I recently had to change the diet and they don't have many options available to me.

Wow it's been some time since the last time I had a burger so flavorful like the one I just had. The food took a little longer to be served than I expected, but it was worth it. I think it takes time to make a burger this good!
