We had to park and wait for food and a lady came out saying her grill quit on her and asked if a Big Mac would work instead of what we ordered and we said yes of course. It is in no way her fault the grill went down. When anotherlady brought us our food we had a free little apple pie in our bag??

My main issue is the long wait outside for a fresh burger and fries that end up being cold. I would be more frustrated if this weren't the standard experience at all the McDonald's in Casper.

The managers here clearly don't care about the kitchen or the quality of service. If you want to avoid having your food messed up by inexperienced workers, I suggest you go to a different restaurant.
