When I got home and opened it, there were only about four drops of mustard, no A1 sauce, and no pickles at all. Instead, I received two patties with just a tiny amount of one of the three requested ingredients. I won’t be returning. EDIT: I called Five Guys to resolve the issue, and while they apologized and offered a replacement, I didn’t even eat the two patties they gave me. I’ll definitely be avoiding this place in the future. The menu options should be honored correctly.

Having order... read more The bacon cheeseburger, customized just the way I like it, was a real treat. The staff seemed happy and engaged, but the atmosphere was very noisy. Having order numbers shouted at full volume was far from pleasant. Despite nine (yes, I counted) employees working behind the counter, the wait was longer than usual. Next time, I think I'll grab my meal from the food truck instead!
