Five Guys - Casper
Five Guys
Description
In the bustling world of burger joints, one restaurant has sparked a variety of reactions. Diners rave about the juicy, flavorful burgers, especially the bacon cheeseburger, and the crispy fries fried in peanut oil. Many appreciate the vibrant team dynamic among the staff; however, the dining experience is marred by slow service and inconsistent portion sizes relative to pricing. Concerns over cleanliness and loud atmospheres have led some patrons to reconsider their visits. Despite these drawbacks, for those in search of a satisfying burger, the quality of the food may still make it worth the trip, albeit with some reservations.

First time here. Little burger and fries are equivalent to large everywhere else. Really good and the staff was hopping. They worked well together. Great to see teamwork.
Cajun fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. They were way over priced so it was a shame to have to throw them away. The menu is puny. This place is definitely NOT worth the trip.
I visited Five Guys and ordered a burger with mustard, A1 sauce, and pickles. When I got home and opened it, there were only about four drops of mustard, no A1 sauce, and no pickles at all. Instead, I received two patties with just a tiny amount of one of the three requested ingredients. I won’t be returning. EDIT: I called Five Guys to resolve the issue, and while they apologized and offered a replacement, I didn’t even eat the two patties they gave me. I’ll definitely be avoiding this place in the future. The menu options should be honored correctly.
Five Guys offers good burgers that truly taste like beef! The fries from their menu were also delicious. Service is fast, but the prices are on the higher side: two small fries, one cheeseburger, one hamburger, and two small soft drinks came to $38 before tip and tax.
The bacon cheeseburger, customized just the way I like it, was a real treat. The staff seemed happy and engaged, but the atmosphere was very noisy. Having order numbers shouted at full volume was far from pleasant. Despite nine (yes, I counted) employees working behind the counter, the wait was longer than usual. Next time, I think I'll grab my meal from the food truck instead!
