Description

Nestled in Casper, this restaurant has garnered a reputation for its flavorful dishes, including standout items like the Japanese lasagna roll and Thai tea. While many diners rave about the delicious food and generous portions at reasonable prices, service issues mar the experience. Patrons report slow, scattered service, with forgotten requests and a lack of attentiveness from staff. Despite inconsistencies in food quality, including complaints about certain dishes like chicken satay and pad Thai, the establishment remains a local favorite—particularly for those who appreciate its vibrant atmosphere and occasional live music. Overall, diners are left divided, weighing the merits of the cuisine against the challenges of customer service.

This used to be one of my all time favorite places and I was looking forward to eating here again when I visited Casper. The chicken satay tasted wrong- not sure if the chicken was old or the grease that it was cooked in was old but we sent it back tothe kitchen. And worried about the two bites we took. The pad Thai was flavorless. My husband did enjoy the Mongolian beef.

We truly enjoy eating here! The food and drinks are outstanding. The sushi is incredible—it's a little on the expensive side, but absolutely worth it!

I believe this is the best sushi restaurant in town! It's an amazing place in Casper. The way the dishes are presented is stunning, and the fish is always incredibly fresh. I've also found the service to be consistently friendly. However, on the rare occasions I've tried items from the non-sushi menu, I wasn't that impressed. Based on my experiences, I highly recommend sticking to the sushi—you really can't go wrong with it!

The food prices have gone up, which I can understand, but the portion sizes have also shrunk. The sushi rolls were barely bigger than a quarter and were put together quite messily. Our server only stopped by to take our order and didn’t check on us after we were served. We asked for a few extra condiments but never got them. The food was cold and tasteless. This was a major letdown, especially since I usually enjoy eating here. Regrettably, I don't intend to come back after this experience.

The dry erase sushi menu is absolutely stupid. Why not just point and grunt to order all your food?? The waitress didn't have a great response when asked why we must order this way. Anyway, all 4 people ordered at our table. 3 got appetizers. Those came out, then the food. Had to ask for soy sauce and cups twice for our sushi (isn't this standard? this was after our waitress seemingly disappeared for awhile. At this point one person at our table hadn't received their entrée. 10 mins had gone by, we thought the waitress maybe was getting it?? She finally reappeared and we asked about the 4th person's meal. She asked what she ordered?! Then blamed it on the kitchen...obviously she didn't put the order in. ? the food and sushi was overall good. But the waitress ruined the experience. We have been here before and it is hit and miss. On a $100 bill, she didn't earn a great tip from us unfortunately. We had a price question when we got the bill and were told we were up charged without our knowledge. This is our last trip to this restaurant.
