Everything I ordered was cold and tasted outdated, as if it had been sitting under heat lamps for hours. It was the worst $30 I've ever spent on a meal.

However, I was disappointed to find the lobby w... read more I really appreciate that Arby's provides a range of choices for people with dietary restrictions when traveling. However, I was disappointed to find the lobby was closed. It would be helpful if your website was updated to notify travelers about this. Also, the drive-thru had a line of at least 25 cars, which was too long for us to wait.

I picked up lunch for my friend and myself, but they were out of ingredients for the Market Sandwiches on the menu, so we decided to order the Beef 'n Cheddars instead. It was my friend's first time trying one, and he absolutely loved it. The curly fries were fantastic as always, and my friend enjoyed a regular lemonade as well. I definitely plan on bringing him back to Arby's in the future for these items. The customer service at the window was also excellent.

Both the restaurant and the restrooms were kept clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the customer service was excellent. The food was what you would expect from an Arby's. Unfortunately, the milkshake machine was not working during my visit. Prices were reasonable, and they also provided a military discount.
