No straw tonight for... read more Last time I'll go to this Arby's... Every single time, something is messed up in the drive-though order... No marinara for cheese sticks... No straw tonight for a shake. Just stupid little things that aren't worth making the long drive back after sitting in an already slow line. Truly among the worst Arby's in the country for half-a**ing business.

Unfortunately, the French dips were cold, as were the curly fries. Instead of receiving one apple turnover and one cherry turnover, I got two apple turnovers, despite clearly stating my order at the speaker. The customer service was decent, but the food quality was unsatisfactory, and having the order wrong was disappointing. Having spent years in fast food, I never sent out cold food or made errors on orders. I'm uncertain if I'll come back.

When I pointed this out to the manager, she insisted that I must have ordered it without the bacon and Swiss cheese. However, the wrapper clearly stated "CBS," indicating I had indeed ordered the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. I mentioned that her behavior was unprofessional, and she responded by asking me to leave. This is not a proper way to handle employee training.
