Arby's - Casper

I am grateful to God for the opportunity to share my experiences in this town over the past eight years. I also want to thank all my customers from Wyoming – I’m incredibly happy to have each one of you! – Jorge Orozco Jr.'s Auto Upholstery.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two French dips, a large curly fry, an apple turnover, and a cherry turnover. Unfortunately, my French dips were cold, and so were the curly fries. Instead of getting one apple turnover and one cherry turnover, I ended up with two apple turnovers, even though I clearly specified my order over the speaker. The customer service was decent, but the food quality was lacking, and getting the order wrong was disappointing. Having worked in fast food for years, I never sent out cold food or made mistakes on orders. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.

I ordered the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich, but I received chicken with just bread and lettuce instead. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she insisted that I must have ordered it without bacon and Swiss. However, the wrapper clearly labeled it as CBS, so it was evident I ordered the chicken bacon Swiss. I mentioned that she was being unprofessional, and she responded by telling me to leave. This is a very unprofessional way to handle employee training.

The employees were nice and got our food quickly which is always a plus. The food was really good as well and you enjoyed our time there.

Korina is fantastic! She was incredibly kind when I placed my order and realized I wasn’t quick enough to catch that it needed to be picked up by me. I mentioned that I had little kids with me in the car, and she went out of her way to come out front and offered to bring it to me when it was ready. She is such a lovely young woman and deserves recognition for her kindness and attentive nature.
