Fortunately, there are two other gas stations and convenience stores in town that offer much better service, and I will definitely not be returning to Circle K. I have lived and worked in this town for 29 years, and I am disappointed by this experience. I recommend Casey's or Mach One by the interstate, as they provide far superior customer service. I find Brenda's behavior embarrassing and unacceptable for someone in the customer service industry. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this location.

I ended up l... read more I want to mention that I couldn't purchase alcohol after 9 PM on Sunday, even though I checked and it turns out you can legally buy it until 10 PM. I ended up leaving without buying anything. I'll be calling corporate in the morning, as I've purchased alcohol after 9 PM on Sundays multiple times before, and this is the first time I've encountered this issue. In fact, any Casey's or other gas station typically sells alcohol until 10 PM.

When I got out... read more I would leave zero stars if I could. I won $100 on a scratch off and whoever the girl was who cashed it today around 2:30 pm tried to pocket $20. When I got outside I realized I only had $80 and when I walked back I stated she had only gave me $80 and she immediately gave me the $20 and she had a snarky attitude. Make sure to count your change.
