We were served our food within 15 m... read more Went here with my husband a few weeks ago. The food and service in the restaurant was incredibly fast and overall excellent. We were served our food within 15 minutes of ordering it. We both agreed we’d be back just to grab dinner/drinks. Food drinkswere reasonably priced. The bar was awesome and had a great selection of games on the tvs. The game room was awesome greatvariety. I had a problem with one of the machines while using it. Someone was over to help in less than 30 seconds. The mechanicwas friendly and efficient. I would recommend this location to everyone. Also, noticed there was a large private room wouldbe cool to host a party there sometime. ????

We waited over 30 minutes with no drinks, food, etc while being co... read more Most of the kitchen staff didn’t show, but no one told us this until we had to corner a host. We waited over 30 minutes with no drinks, food, etc while being completely ignored. It’s not their fault that the kitchen staff didn’t show, but they could have told us this before we were seated so we could have made the decision to stay or leave. Judging by the line to get in on our way out, they were not telling anyone. I was just disappointed that the communication was so poor. If we had received a timeline on food and at least had drinks to sip on while waiting we probably would have stayed. We’re just glad there was a Chinese restaurant open nearby. Merry Christmas.

And... read more We were 15 minutes early, line was out the door, took 45 minutes to get to seating person. We were told it would be another hour be for we could be seated. And maybe another hour before we will get our food. My wife is using a walker, we had to leave without eating, we went home and cooked something from our freezer. We will never go back.

My family and I had reservations for 7pm on Christmas Day. We got there at 6:45pm. The line was out the door and no one was at the host stand. We waited 30mins... read more My family and I had reservations for 7pm on Christmas Day. We got there at 6:45pm. The line was out the door and no one was at the host stand. We waited 30mins for someone to show up. When an employee finally showed up to the host stand we were told that we could not be seated due to staffing and we were given coupons to come back. As we were leaving we were approached by two other families that were seated, but never received any food. They apparently waited over an hour. Worst experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant.
