The dining ar... read more Gaming area is great and service staff is excellent. Highly recommend the gaming area. The dining room I had high hopes for but it fell way short. The dining area forgot one of our party's order, took forever to get the flatbread pizza served to them. The rest of us had to get drink refills by getting up and asking a nearby busboy. (The fries were a little to salty). Later we went back for a refreshing desert and drinks. No service at our table for almost 10 minutes. (Neither time the dining room was busy) Even the manager on the far side was eating oblivious to the two other tables with customers with ours with no service. Not happy again. Alternative place to eat before or after the great time in the Gaming area would be the Olive Garden nearby. The time we had the issue in dining room was last thanksgiving. Never ate at D&B since. (Used to eat at D&B all the time at the old location nearby, the service is not the same) Meal type: Other Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

My husband and I travel all over the country and always make D&B one of our stops! It was “our place” when we went from friends to dating to married!!! Very nice D&B a little smaller then most we have been to but it was clean and all games in working order (which never happens) kudos to you!! The attendant on the floor was quick to help when a card got stuck in one of the games!! Great staff all around! We are here for 6 months so we will be back!!! She was welcoming, very attentive, provided great food and drink recommendations, and helped celebrate my sister’s birthday with friends. Overall our experience was great, however, the card readers on the arcades double charged us and other arcades were not working properly. Other than that, we had a great time. We were served our food within 15 minutes of ordering it. We both agreed we’d be back just to grab dinner/drinks. Food drinkswere reasonably priced. The bar was awesome and had a great selection of games on the tvs. The game room was awesome greatvariety. I had a problem with one of the machines while using it. Someone was over to help in less than 30 seconds. The mechanicwas friendly and efficient. I would recommend this location to everyone. Also, noticed there was a large private room wouldbe cool to host a party there sometime. ????

We waited over 30 minutes with no drinks, food, etc while being completely ignored. It’s not their fault that the kitchen staff didn’t show, but they could have told us this before we were seated so we could have made the decision to stay or leave. Judging by the line to get in on our way out, they were not telling anyone. I was just disappointed that the communication was so poor. If we had received a timeline on food and at least had drinks to sip on while waiting we probably would have stayed. We’re just glad there was a Chinese restaurant open nearby. Merry Christmas.
