Zion, the shift manager at my local KFC in Cartersville, GA, took the time to listen to my indecision about what to order. When I asked her about the Chicken Pot Pie, she replied honestly, saying, "I really don't like pot pies, but ours is really good!" Based on her candid response, I not only decided to try the pot pie but also ordered the #6 meal because of her warmth and patience. I must say, it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Well worth the 21-year wait, haha! I'd also like to give a shoutout to Blanche for her understanding when I inquired about the wings—she was very pleasant as well. In these unprecedented times, kindness truly makes a difference. Thank you!
The chicken sandwich was the worst we've ever had! The chicken was about the size of a quail! We definitely won't be returning!
You would expect the food to be relatively fresh, but the chicken was tough and dry. It was quite disappointing.
Ordered two 8 piece boxes of chicken and paid through the app. App told me ~10 minutes later that the order was done so I went to pick it up. When I got there, they said they were OUT OF CHICKEN!!! Not only that, but they can’t give me a refund or refund it through the app and I have to call the corporate number to get a refund. After being on hold with the corporate number for 30 minutes, I just hung up and called my bank to put a stop payment order on the charges. Ridiculous.
