She was engaging and served with a smile. The chicken wings are also incredibly tasty! Overall, it was an amazing experience just ordering wings. Overall... read more I consistently have a negative experience every time I order from the Wingstop at Carson Mall. The staff is unfriendly, and the restaurant is not clean. Overall, the service is terrible. I do not recommend this location. I once ordered a chicken sandwich and never received it, yet they refused to issue a refund, claiming they don't give refunds. Smh.

I don’t hold the workers responsible, as there were only two employees on duty. Management really needs to improve the situation. The menu is great, but the cleanliness and service could use some attention.

They should at least inform customers beforehand. Their payment system is confusing at best and poorly managed at worst.
