The food was pretty great and filling, but just a tad bit too salty. Would've gave this location five stars if it wasn't. I had a good time with my wife there a couple weeks ago and it wasn't too busy.What made our night though was our waiter Kevin.He was very helpful, informative, attentive and super friendly without being too intrusive which is something you don't see in waiters everyday. I had a seafood craving, so my boyfriend brought me to this restaurant. We ordered a combo that included shrimp, mussels, crawfish, potatoes, corn, and rice, which set us back nearly $60. I found the seasoning to be a bit on the salty side. I recommend pairing the sauce with white rice; it tastes great that way. The customer service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend dining here. The food was served promptly, and there was no waiting needed for a table.
The Crab Shack offers delicious food and great service, even providing photography during your meal. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but it's worth it! I'll definitely be returning!
I recently had a wonderful meal at Crab Shack, and much of the credit goes to the manager, Danny. Right from the moment we arrived, his attentiveness and sincere hospitality stood out. He made a real effort to ensure our dining experience was outstanding, regularly checking in and happily accommodating our special requests. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the evening unforgettable. If you visit Crab Shack, Danny's exceptional service is definitely worth the trip! The food was fantastic as well, with each dish bursting with freshness and flavor. The seafood was perfectly cooked, making every bite a delight.
Simply excellent. The fries were perfectly seasoned with a nice kick, and the fish was fantastic. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
I wasn't impressed with the sausage; it was small, and there were only three pieces. It would have been much better if they had included more. The shrimp was decent, but nothing special.
