OK I WILL NOT return back to this SUBWAY on figueroa torrance, this has to be the messiness sandwich ever!me: 1 tuna wrapher: sorry no wraps nowme: OK 6in wheat plsher: What ?(I hate people to say what)me: Wheat please..her: WHEAT?(Irritated now)me: Yes! Tuna, spinach- tomatoes- onions- dill pickles- mustard little mayo..This is the catastrophe I received.My fault should looked before I left would said here take this give me money back this is a mess. This was on Tuesday, 1/24/2023 @1:10pmalso. Plus she didn't give me the receipt until AFTER I asked for it and her name was unreadable.FYI. I POSTED THIS ON FACEBOOK , INSTAGRAM YELP
The older ladies know how to make ANY sandwiches taste phenomenal. Sweet older ladies too! They know a lot about TEAM WORK!!! I'm coming back soon to THIS location.
I've order here multiple times online through the app and unless you're physically there, they can't seem to know how to read your order. You ask to speak to a manager and they deny you the right to and the assistant manager is no help working with their AirPods as making or taking orders for costumers. No wonder they only have 2 stars. The sad part is that the reason why I place my order online is because I have a limited break time and it's easier for me and being pregnant I don't and to be waiting to be helped with two people and one having a authoritarian attitude because they're covering a shift saying they're the assistant manager. The older lady is nice but Mathew, I believe is his name, the one with the AirPods and unwashed hands, is no help. As well as the shorter lady that says she's the manager.
