He walked in and was immediately told by the female sandwich maker that she 's, Not taking any more clients. There 's a sign outside the restaurant that says Open 24 hours, and the website shows that it 's open until midnight. Rude and unprofessional. She needs to be re-trained, or find another line of work

Once inside, I waited for other customers to... read more I arrived at the store about 30 minutes after placing my online order, as the app indicated my sandwich was ready. Once inside, I waited for other customers to clear and asked if we could pick up our order. The woman informed us that we would have to wait because she was prioritizing the customers behind us. After disregarding us for everyone else, we finally received our sandwiches half an hour later, only to find that our order was wrong. The staff member was not only disrespectful but also wasted my girlfriend's and my time. I believe they should be held accountable for this poor service.

I ordered a 12-inc... read more This Subway location is by far the worst I have ever been to. There's an older Hispanic lady who trains her staff to be stingy with the food. I ordered a 12-inch tuna sandwich but received a veggie sandwich that tasted like tuna instead. At any other Subway I've visited, they typically serve four full scoops of tuna on a 12-inch sandwich, but this lady only gave me four half scoops. When I brought this to her attention, she simply ignored me. I've attached some photos to illustrate what I'm talking about.

This was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. I ordered my usual tuna sandwich, but the bread was stale and a bit hard. The woman who served m... read more This was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. I ordered my usual tuna sandwich, but the bread was stale and a bit hard. The woman who served me put the wrong cheese on my sandwich and also returned the wrong amount of change, almost as if she tipped herself with my money.
