If I can give zero starts, I would! such bad customer service. Denise, got my Venti White Chocolate Mocha w/ light caramel drizzle right after the 3rd time she had to remake! I asked for her name because of course she didn't have her name tag and the way she answered DENISE with the worse additude!!!
I would grade their customer service poorly but cannot even do that due to the lack of service provided.

Only reason it's one star is because every time I come to this Starbucks they never have any drinks. Literally come different days and times and it's always the same. For some reason I always get my hopes up.
