She can't find my order so i just get a refund and leave. I have been to Washington DC, NYC during morning rush hour and never waited 30 minutes.They have 8-9 employees and its just terrible service. Extremely slow. Would not recommend ever.

My sausage and cheddar was HORRIBLE. Not only was it BARELY luke warm on the outside the middlewas completely cold. I work a 9-5 and sometimes this sandwich is the only thing in my system FOR THE MORNING. My drink tasted sooff the thankfully it was still good. So annoyed

The baristas were not only unfriendly but seemed unmotivated, closing the lobby much earlier than usual and asking customers to leave. It felt like the staff were disregarding Starbucks’ policies entirely, which affected the overall atmosphere and even limited access to the menu.

They offer outdoor seating with plenty of shade, a... read more The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and courteous, which helps create a welcoming atmosphere. They offer outdoor seating with plenty of shade, and the Wi-Fi connection is top-notch. This has quickly become one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Thank you for making our visit so delightful!

I waited 30 minutes for my drink, and when I asked how much longer it would take, the cashier couldn’t locate my order. Eventually, I requested a refund and left. I’ve visited Starbucks stores in Washington, DC, and NYC during busy morning hours, and I have never faced such a long wait. Despite having 8-9 staff members on duty, the service was incredibly slow. I definitely cannot recommend this location.
