Thank you Secret and Octavia for excellent customer service this morning. Thank you Norm's team for an awesome meal. The Porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection, the eggs were outstanding. In other words, my food was exactly the way I ordered it.Parking: Plenty of parking!

Absolutely delicious and the service was excellent Kimberli was our server and she was extremely attentive and welcoming. I had been craving their buttermilk pancakes for a good while now and if I want great moist pancakes definitely Norms is the place to go. Mom and I enjoyed our dining experience here atmosphere is pleasant and their food is delicious and prices are reasonable for the portions their serve you! Staff here is super welcoming waiting was under 5 min and an ease to find parking! So if you’re looking for a new Norms to get delighted at come to Carson ?keep up the great work Kim thanks again for your service keep up the great work ?

My server William was great ? big smile , happy and excited about us being at this location. He went above and beyond. Thanks for having people like this guy in your location. Makes wanted come back everything. Way of go William.Food: 5/5

I called to make a pick-up order. The young lady asked me to hold for a moment. That moment lasted over 20 minutes. I could hear her interactions with the in-store customers and determined that the location was busy. When I arrived at the Carson location I informed the young lady that I was still on hold and had been on hold for almost 22 minutes (21 minutes and 52 seconds) trying to make an order. She simply said, may I take your order. I thought it odd that there was no apology. An apology goes a long way.I am still waiting on my order that I paid for at 1:55 pm and it is now 2:32 and still not ready.Food came out at 2:35pm and was cold. Apparently it had been sitting for a while.So irritated with this place. It is always the same here.

Norms literally has a huge sign that says they never close on there wall. The hours are posted on the wall stating they don't close til 12pm Fridays and Saturdays . Took my family to eat at 11:14 to be exact and The man at the register didn't even come to the door and let us know anything he simply waved us off and gestured they were closed. When I then called to find out more information about their timing and ask about why he turned us away HE HUNG UP ON ME. Never again will I give my money to this place.
