Mami King - Carson
Mami King
Description
Tucked away in the city, this restaurant stands out for its delicious Filipino offerings, from siopao to mami. Patrons rave about the light, flavorful siopao asado, filled with generous portions of pork, and complemented by extra dipping sauce. While most dishes are served freshly made and piping hot, some patrons noted a delay with other items, resulting in food that may seem like it had been sitting out.
However, it’s important to plan ahead, as the restaurant only accepts cash. Despite a few operational hiccups, the friendly service and delectable cuisine make this spot a worthy visit for comfort food lovers.

I love getting Siopao (I know I spelled it wrong, but it’s basically a meat bun). They’re stuffed with delicious meat and come with sauce that tastes amazing. There are other items on the menu like Miki Bihon and Halo-Halo, but I definitely prefer Siopao above all else.
The best siopao in town! Every time I visit, I make sure to order their siopao asado. The filling is generously packed with flavorful pork, and the bun is wonderfully light. I love getting extra sauce for dipping the siopao.
If you're in the mood for Filipino dishes like mami, lugaw, or pansit, this is the place to visit! They prepare everything fresh and serve it piping hot! Whenever I crave lugaw, this is my go-to spot.
