She’s very courteous and customer oriented; always has a great attitude with a big smile….goes a long way , especially if there’s a long lineand you’re starving!Left one star off only due to pricing issues… Why does Grill City charge an extra $1 for seafood selections? After waiting for like 10 minutes, I called their attention. No apologies offered whatsoever. Some customers had left the line as they got frustrated. Request their manager address this incompetence and lack of courtesy.

I asked for an item, which was told was out, then got skipped again!! It was the first time trying to get food there. Feltbad that my daughter was there with me and she felt discriminated.
