I stayed here the second time as a diamond member. Although there were hiccups, they resolved the issues quicky. Staff at the bar and breakfast lounge was incredibly welcoming and courteous. It was a fan reunion and we enjoyed our time at the hotel restaurants. I would come back again. View all feedback.

When I finally got the right room, I was provided with a broken iron, and overall, the room itself was not up to standard. This was, without a doubt, my worst experience at a Hilton hotel.
On a positive note, I want to commend two members of the waiting staff: a young man from the Philippines and a woman who worked as a host on the evening of July 17th. They provided excellent service.

Nice room, good location, nice breakfast menu. Service was good.Pleasant stay overall.Parking was tricky at times- since we went on the 4th July long weekend, otherwise pretty good.
This is a nice quiet hotel to come to if you're in the area. The pool is pretty great as far as pools in hotels go for. They have a small jacuzzi as well which hit the spot after a long day. The bar and restaurant are pretty big but I didn't get a chance to try their food. Overall the hotel is great and nice staff.
The service at the restaurant was excellent and attentive. The charming decor in every area of the hotel was impressive. The staff was definitely the highlight of our stay. I am certain we will return during our next visit to the city.

When I checked out, I shared my concerns with a male staff member, but he dismissed my complaint by folding the feedback paper in front of me as if it were unimportant. He claimed he needed to complete a test before giving me my receipt, which I still have not received via email, as he promised. There's more to share, but I’ll stop here.
