The staff was definitely the highlight of our stay. I am certain we will return during our next visit to the city.

This was, without a doubt, my worst e... read more When I finally got the right room, I was provided with a broken iron, and overall, the room itself was not up to standard. This was, without a doubt, my worst experience at a Hilton hotel. On a positive note, I want to commend two members of the waiting staff: a young man from the Philippines and a woman who worked as a host on the evening of July 17th. They provided excellent service. When I checked out, I shared my concerns with a male staff member, but he dismissed my complaint by folding the feedback paper in front of me as if it were unimportant. He claimed he needed to complete a test before giving me my receipt, which I still have not received via email, as he promised. There's more to share, but I’ll stop here.

This hotel is stuck in time with not a center put forth to update it! On the positive side the employees do work hard to help customers! The room seems to be clean even though it's outdated. Some simple things could be done to this hotel to bring it up to modern times. With that said, if you are just looking for a bed to sleep and not a place to lounge, then this hotel would serve your purpose.
