The service is adequate; the waitstaff are friendly and pleasant, but they don't check on the table as frequently as they should. They sometimes forget orders you've placed. I noticed that last year was an improvement over this year. There seem to be a lot of younger people visiting the bar now, and the atmosphere can get a bit rowdy and even somewhat unruly at times. Additionally, some of the staff in the bar area tend to use inappropriate language, seemingly unaware of their surroundings. It feels like they forget they are in a public space and act as if they're at home.

Pick another restaurant to eat at!!!!!. The curbside pickup that is advertised on the website is nonexistent!!! I placed an order for curbside pickup at 3:08. At the latest it was to be ready at 3:43. Well that neverhappened. I had to go in and the order still wasn 't ready!! After all that. I had to ask the poor young man that gave me thefood. If he could wipe the cups that had soda running down the sides. If I could get another bag bc the containers were layingon their side. The soup was spilling. The salsa was spilling in the bag. These pics are the end result of what Chili 's in CarsonCA served me!!. I wouldn 't serve my animal this garbage!!!. I asked for the manager. Who 's name is Frank. Who by the way hadstains all over his apron as though he had jus come out of a slaughterhouse. He represented this location perfectly. An absolutedisaster!!! Frank 's only remark was, I 'm sorry you feel that way . I reviewed another Chili 's location with the same type ofpoor service. My only conclusion is that this is Chili 's standard for customer service and not just a location mishap. I neverwould and never will recommend Chili 's Grill Bar to anyone!!!!

Luckily the food wasn?t that badbut needs better management. With the to go orders or DoorDash orders they?re constantly forgetting items and no one everanswers the phone; tried so many times and absolutely nothing so don?t bother calling. I got slight food poisoning after eatinga salad from here. After already eating the salad I noticed it wasn?t fresh at all the lettuce was actually already browned! Whydo restaurant workers not care about this??? This location definitely needs better management and better upkeep. Maybe it?sjust your chains that need better management and upkeep because the location in Long Beach is the same?sad disgusting. It?samazing that this place is open for business
