Good people, feel bad for them, they are under staffed to the point where they visible look stressed, I worked stated they are about to clock out and never took their 30min lunch. Management needs to get their workers more help. View all feedback.

This is ???? crazy...I got a simple superstar burger with small fries small or maybe they call it a medium ???? drink and it cost me $13.00... by mistake I was charged $4.00+ for crosscut fries I mean who can afford this stuff? I thought I was doingwell income wise...but this puts me right back in the poor house ???? ????. Sorry fast food places...till you figure out how tomake it even somewhat affordable. You really don't need to visit this Carl's Jr. It's by far the worst one out there. The line may not be long, but it takes forever to get your food. Customer service is lacking as well. I usually come here because I don't have better options, and I don’t want to waste my 30-minute break. However, I often end up eating in my car because it takes so long to get my order. Today was especially frustrating; I only found out at the window that they only accept cash. It would have been nice to see a sign about that at the entrance. I've wasted my entire lunch break. Next time, I'm definitely going to McDonald's instead.
No one said a word at the drive thru speaker so i drove up and the female there seemed surprised and says so what do u want?. The food was overall ok but if you dont have a coupon then this place is EXPENSIVE. the service is far from nice/friendly.
How can drivers of vehicles too large for the drive thru supposed to eat? I understand no dine in, but you can't even order for takeout? It's 9:40pm Thursday. Your hours posted 11pm closing time but doors are locked.
That's outrageous! I ordered a simple superstar burger with a small order of fries—maybe they consider it medium? I also got a drink, and my total came to $13.00. To my surprise, I was charged an extra $4.00 for the sides. Who can afford prices like this? I thought my income was decent, but at this rate, I'm heading straight for financial trouble. I'm sorry, fast food places, but you really need to figure out how to make your options more affordable.
Dining experiences can be quite unpredictable here. The cashiers seem disinterested in engaging with customers. I would recommend trying a place down the street instead.
