I visited for lunch when the restaurant wasn’t very busy, but I noticed a lot of the staff were just standing around chatting. I had to wait for one of the five... read more I visited for lunch when the restaurant wasn’t very busy, but I noticed a lot of the staff were just standing around chatting. I had to wait for one of the five waitresses to bring me a container for a to-go salad. Once I finally got my salad, I then had to wait 10 minutes to pay. There was a manager on duty, but he was occupied with counting the cash drawer. I was also disappointed that the salad bar wasn’t well maintained, especially given the number of staff available. This was particularly frustrating considering the prices!

Unfortunately, the on... read more In my opinion I have some ups downs of this restaurant and I like eating there, however these were the reasons why I only putted 4-stars.. Unfortunately, the only two problems was about the small portions of the food, and I really did not enjoy it being small and how the fries portion was pretty small. The price that me and my family had was more then 100$ for something that is small.. Service was good and a lady who served us was very nice to us and even was very friendly there, which is also why I will go back.. But since the taste of the food is good and is keeping me wanting to go back there, I guess I'll go back there but I hope I see some further improvements on this restaurant chain in the future..Kid- Kid-friendly
