We ordered a... read more One of my favorite places to visit when I'm at Hmart in Carrollton is JS Sushi. The food court at Hmart offers a variety of options to choose from. We ordered a poke bowl from JS Sushi. Sometimes we share a poke bowl and try something from another restaurant in the food court, but today was all about enjoying our own individual poke bowls. I definitely recommend it! I'm not sure if JS Sushi is available at other Hmart locations, but it's definitely at the Carrollton one.

The California sushi was excessively sticky and lacked flavor, making it seem like the filling had been sitting around for a few days. The chicken teriyaki bento was the worst part of the meal; the chicken was overcooked and had a rubbery texture, while the egg was over-fried and lacked seasoning. Overall, it was a letdown.
