Cajun Chicken Pasts is great. I am a sucker for their cajun chicken pasta. The service can be spotty and I can't speak for too much of the rest of the menu but as long as they keep serving their Cajun Chicken Pasta, I will be a fan and customer. View all feedback.
What E P doesn't like about Chili's Grill Bar Carrollton:
In my personal opinion, we tried the chips and guacamole with salsa as our appetizer. Unfortunately, the chips were overly salty and thin. The salsa had a strong salty and processed taste, with a hint of plastic-ky preservatives. The guacamole was okay, but too tart and the flavors were unbalanced despite the presence of cilantro and lime. I was not a fan. However, the burgers, fries, and flavored teas were good, as... We had Alex as our waiter and man did he kill it!! He made sure we weren't missing anything. His energy and personality was great. I had to call the manager over to brag about him. Everyone there had a great attitude!!! You can tell you have somehappy employees!!!
The food at this restaurant has consistently been good, but the service is a major downside. Despite living nearby and enjoying their burgers, we have found the service to be subpar at least half of the times we have dined here. Having experience in the service industry ourselves, we are well aware of the challenges it can present, which is why we are particularly attuned to the lack of customer service at this establishment. From the hostess showing obvious disdain when we requested not to sit in the bar area (despite there being plenty of other seating options available) to wait staff frequently disappearing during our meal, we have often had to seek out other staff for drink refills. Ironically, we are generous tippers and do not expect to be pampered, just that staff members perform their duties adequately. It is frustrating when servers only seem interested in taking our orders and bringing the bill, rather than providing attentive service throughout our meal.

The guacamole was okay, but too tart and the flavors were unbalanced despite the presence of cilantro and lime. I was not a fan. However, the burgers, fries, and flavored teas were good, as well as the sides and salads. The ribs tasted like old, dry, and overly salty meat that did not fall off the bone. I ended up switching my ribs for a burger because of how disappointing they were. The service was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, I probably wouldn't choose to go back unless outvoted by all my friends.
Our family birthday celebration at this restaurant did not go well. Our server was great, but when we asked for the air conditioner to be adjusted because we were all cold and uncomfortable, we were told that the Manager was picky about it. Despite our request, nothing changed and other customers around us kept their jackets on because of how cold it was. We had to spend most of the meal trying to warm up, and my salad was overloaded with dressing. It was disappointing to feel like the Manager cared more about his comfort in the back than the comfort of the guests in the dining area. We will not be returning to this location.
Went there to celebrate my brother in law?s birthday dinner. It was chill. They were attentive to my discrete request for a birthday song, and their lava cake was amazing. Some may say Chili?s is overrated, but it doesn?t disappoint.
