Chili's Grill Bar Carrollton

We had Alex as our waiter and man did he kill it!! He made sure we weren't missing anything. His energy and personality was great. I had to call the manager over to brag about him. Everyone there had a great attitude!!! You can tell you have somehappy employees!!!

The food at this restaurant has consistently been good, but the service is a major downside. Despite living nearby and enjoying their burgers, we have found the service to be subpar at least half of the times we have dined here. Having experience in the service industry ourselves, we are well aware of the challenges it can present, which is why we are particularly attuned to the lack of customer service at this establishment. From the hostess showing obvious disdain when we requested not to sit in the bar area (despite there being plenty of other seating options available) to wait staff frequently disappearing during our meal, we have often had to seek out other staff for drink refills. Ironically, we are generous tippers and do not expect to be pampered, just that staff members perform their duties adequately. It is frustrating when servers only seem interested in taking our orders and bringing the bill, rather than providing attentive service throughout our meal.

Went there to celebrate my brother in law?s birthday dinner. It was chill. They were attentive to my discrete request for a birthday song, and their lava cake was amazing. Some may say Chili?s is overrated, but it doesn?t disappoint.

Ahhhh, it 's Chili 's.... And if you have liked most of your experiences at other Chili 's, this one will not disappoint. Quality service, consistent quality of food as other Chili 's I have frequented, clean tables, acceptable atmosphere, and the like. I tried my usual chicken margarita, one of the best things on their menu...and it is a 'lighter option ' as well! Chicken was marinated to my satisfaction, beans and rice were cooked well...just a nice option on their menu. Would have no issues going to this location in the future.

Cajun Chicken Pasts is great. I am a sucker for their cajun chicken pasta. The service can be spotty and I can't speak for too much of the rest of the menu but as long as they keep serving their Cajun Chicken Pasta, I will be a fan and customer.
