Today there was a miscommunication on my order and the sweet girl upstairs had no attitude and was totally perplexed! I just told her what I expected and without hesitation, she willingly fixed my order for me with a smile all the time! love the customer service! highly recommended! View all feedback.

Extremely slow. This Dunkin has so much potential if there were more staff and better management. The employees are usually very polite and apologetic and you can tell they legitimately feel bad. View all feedback.

Dunkin is a great brand but this location is very inconsistent. Always a "non "coffee/donut conversation going on behind counter and inaccurate orders. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
