I live in Carrollton, Georgia. I 'm in a nursing home. Every month we have what is called food pick up where the activities department takes a vote on where they are going to go for us. They do food pick up for us twice a month. On October 5, 2023 hour food pick up was Longhorn steakhouse in Carrollton Georgia. I had the BBQ baked ribs and a loaded baked potato. My food was very good! This was a to-go order over $400. NO condiments were given! My friend CB 's burger was over $10 and it was completely raw so she was extremely sad that she had to go hungry that night. My friend Terry had ordered a T-bone steak with a loaded baked potato, and got no steak sauce or anything for her baked potato. She was extremely sad too. All of us are 100% disabled, none of us drive and the activities department we 're not going back up to Longhorn to straighten out anyone 's order. I won 't bore you with all the details on what we had to go through. Me and my two friends CP and Terry ended up with a $50 gift card and an apology from the guest relations at Longhorn steakhouse corporate. They assured me that some more training would be done at the Carrollton location as far as how to handle things in the future. What I would like to have happened, is for the person who went to pick up the food, to have been asked/ told Hey! I see that you have over $400 worth of food and no condiments. Although our policy is to not give out any condiments unless you ask for them I am offering because I was wondering if this was an oversight? Would you like some condiments to go with your food? Some steak sauce or ketchup maybe?

Our waitress took an incredibly long time to come to our table, and when she finally did, the food we received was terrible. The asparagus was still raw when it was served with the steaks, and one of the steaks was rare when it should have been well-done. It seemed like the kitchen was overwhelmed and not able to cook the food properly. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere were lackluster. This was a dine-in dinner experience that cost over $100 per person.
Food was great. Lighting was screwed up and it was like trying to eat under a strobe light. Kid-friendliness: Awesome food and service. I don 't have children but we had 3 little ones under 6 and I love the attention that the staff gave them. A restaurant with kids isn 't normally my thing but this restaurant is one that I definitely don 't mind. Service: Dine in
