Chick-fil-a - Villa Rica

The food was hot and delicious and the service was perfect. Cleanliness gets 5 stars as they have two dining room visitors who clean leaves after each table. The reason for four instead of five stars is because they have blocked half the restaurant for no seats. This would be fine, except if you were there during the rush hour and you have children in tow and can not find a place to sit....Super frustrating. It is time to remove these and open all seating. If it is acceptable to sit on a plane, a bus, a pleasure ride next to strangers, then separate tables should also be okay.

Always excellent, at least boggling, steller service. This time it looked like my chicken was halved on my sandwich. Thin, small, like a breast that had been cut up to about 3/8 thick. Not as good as I used to Chick-fil-A.

Great place. I definitely recommend going here, they have amazing service and are very nice. The only thing I would change in this place is that they have to make the drive longer. The problem is that when the line becomes too long, it ends in the street and causes traffic on both sides, because you did not go to the street because of the line other than that this is great place to eat, I was never in a chick felt A that had bad service and that got my order wrong. They are very consistent with there foods always tastes fresh and amazing taste!

Never had a problem with day crew orders but night crew is always messing up my order. Super frustrating to get home and one of your kids is missing their food. One of reasons I choose Chick-fil-A is because they are know for customer service and I?venever felt the need to check my order like I do at other fast food places. I realize mistakes happen but the fact that I havebeen missing food or condiments the last 4 times I?ve gone tells me that this is a recurring issue. Hate to see Chick-fil-A godown hill like this. Please do better!!!

You guys are usually on top of things but the past three times I have ordered from you guys you have not given any condiments that were ordered. I guess the dry chicken sandwich was pretty good considering that it was dry. Please step it up on thesauces.
