Reviews - Rosebrook
Reviews summary
Nestled in the stunning Omni Mount Washington Hotel, Rosebrook Bar offers breathtaking mountain views paired with a relaxed atmosphere and a menu focused on light bites and appetizers. Many praise the cozy porch seating and the selection of cocktails and wines, though some drinks fall short of expectations. Food quality varies from delicious pretzels and flavorful sandwiches to less impressive fries and dry burgers. Service is inconsistent—ranging from attentive and friendly to slow and, occasionally, rude. Overall, Rosebrook is best suited for those seeking a scenic spot to unwind with drinks and small plates rather than a full-service dining experience.

The food was amazing and the service was great! Best of all was the beautiful view overlooking the white mountains! We ordered the charcuterie board and the Washington flatbread which were both excellent as an afternoon snack Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What Anna West dislikes about Rosebrook:
Hummus was gross and sour, carrots were limp, Caesar salad was not too fresh, cheese plate was a joke. I wish I took a photo of the cheese plate. It was two huge triangular uncut pieces of cheese and half of some round cheese with bread cut in the middle. Whoever prepared that needs to go back to the culinary school and learn about presentation. It’s not just about food. It’s about presentation too. $189 for 4 people... View all feedback.

Over an hour to get food. Kitchen forgot two dishes. If not for the amazing view, this would be a one star review. I would go here for a drink and then go elsewhere for food. Not close to George it Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
Breathtaking views!!! Went to Rosebrook for drinks stayed for dinner while overnight guests of the hotel. We ordered both flatbreads, hummus cheeseburgers. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
This place was versatile. You could eat on the veranda and take in the views of the white mountains almost 180 degrees in view. The drinks are extremely pricey for the size served. They were delish thou. If I can recommend a single thing it would have to be the clam chowder. Ask for butter not oil and ask for pepper otherwise the best clam chowder I’ve ever had. It’s on the thicker side but it’s silky smooth and not that pasty flour taste. Kesha was super friendly and everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there. It’s definitely a dinner (2-5) mealtime type of place. You get to watch the sunsets.
The view is great, but that’s the only reason to come here. Enjoy a drink with a gorgeous Mountain View in the background. But I’d only get a drink they don’t have to make like a beer or wine. The drink list shows great cocktails but they bear no resemblance to the drink you receive. My husband’s old fashioned was watery and just not good, with normal ice instead of a large cube as advertised. The fries were inedible and the club was also bad, with stale turkey and not-toasted bread. The best part was the tomato and he doesn’t like tomatoes. The chips and onion dip were pretty good though. Not sure why they included salsa though.

Unfortunately, there are not many places to eat at Bretton Woods when ski resort is closed due to high winds.

We had my husband's entire family coming from Pennsylvania and we dedicated a day to brunch at the Mount Washington Hotel and then the Cog Rail to the top of Mount Washington. We decided that brunch at the Rosebrook would be in order. It was awesome. The food was excellent. The service was also superb and we were served by foreign workers who are a mainstay of the hospitality industry. We were seated immediately upon arrival and despite the size of the party, all aspects of our lunch were flawless. We started with cocktails that included the delicious Mimosa with Svedka vodka, a Filthy Mary made with Tito's Vodka, and a superb Margarita. Then the appetizers came, the the huge pretzel and the cheese board that got devoured quickly. The main courses followed; their Grilled Cheese and Salad, a Rosebrook Salad with grilled chicken, and several of their cheese and tomato. The icing on the cake was espressos done to perfection
Mediocre. Espresso martinis are great but the food is junk. Relatable to what you make in an easy bake oven
The menu was very limited. We were told to place the order as takeout and we could sit anywhere on the property to eat. The veggie burger was dry and lacked sauce, the meat and cheese plate was decent and so were the pretzel sticks. The views from Omni Mount Washington are magnificent, so it was great to be able to take in the views with some wine and something to munch.
Very surprised by the other reviews. One of them stated a problem with waiting to be seated- there are multiple signs that say seat yourself. An amazing view with amazing food and service. Our waitress Megan was very helpful and nice. As plant-based eaters, she helped us to navigate the menu and offered to edit some meals. I absolutely loved it, and was unsure how people could give such a negative review when this is such an amazing place with a positive atmosphere. The other reviews made me think this was another place. But enough with the other reviews. If you happen to stay at this omni, come to the rosebrook, sit in the comfortable chairs, savor the view, your food, and your company.
Generally enjoyed the hotel, but definitely not the Rosebrook Cafe because of the attitude of the one waitress. We understand it 's in the mountain area so bugs are unavoidable. But after finding a bug in my salad, we informed this waitress with glasses and a hair bun. She went: well, I don 't see a bug. I pointed to her closer so she could even see the legs. And she said, ok, I 'll get you another one. , then walked away. Without any apology at all, nor did she asked if I still had the appetite to have another bug-vulnerable salad. She acted like she is very used to this and absolutely untrained to work at an Omni hotel.

View and setting 5 stars Drinks, staff 3 stars Food on rear veranda 2 stars We were staying on vacation in the area and overall the experience was worth it, but don't expect good food outside on the rear veranda the worst of our stay the whole week. The view , including the Mount Washington summit, was awesome and the hotel building has such character in its mountain setting.
Rosebrook bar/restaurant is the best place to eat at Omni above the other restaurants. Wish we even got our whole dinner here. Why? Because you get cozy on a spot on the porch and get some nice vacation-feel drinks and some nice light bites while enjoying the breathtaking views of the mountains and the beautiful resort grounds. We got the rose and hummus which were delicious! We were very pleased! If you enjoyed this review, check out our adventure couple Instagram @andiamoadventure
Relaxing wide porch with comfortable chairs, the best view of Mt, Washington, and great food. Mostly appetizer type offerings, but perfect for a relaxing afternoon, with a good drink and friendly staff.
Beautiful view when eating, but they REALLY need more staff, and any kind of kids menu would be extremely helpful. Not exactly a kid friendly resort.
Charming little bar with a limited selection of bites available. The dinner menu remains the same all day, featuring a lot of the same items. The charcuterie board is excellent, and the drinks are fantastic! It would be great to see more options added to the menu, particularly a non-seafood soup for the colder months.
