We had my husband's entire family coming from Pennsylvania and we dedicated a day to brunch at the Mount Washington Hotel and then the Cog Rail to the top of Mo... read more We had my husband's entire family coming from Pennsylvania and we dedicated a day to brunch at the Mount Washington Hotel and then the Cog Rail to the top of Mount Washington. We decided that brunch at the Rosebrook would be in order. It was awesome. The food was excellent. The service was also superb and we were served by foreign workers who are a mainstay of the hospitality industry. We were seated immediately upon arrival and despite the size of the party, all aspects of our lunch were flawless. We started with cocktails that included the delicious Mimosa with Svedka vodka, a Filthy Mary made with Tito's Vodka, and a superb Margarita. Then the appetizers came, the the huge pretzel and the cheese board that got devoured quickly. The main courses followed; their Grilled Cheese and Salad, a Rosebrook Salad with grilled chicken, and several of their cheese and tomato. The icing on the cake was espressos done to perfection

The veggie burger was dry and lacked sau... read more The menu was very limited. We were told to place the order as takeout and we could sit anywhere on the property to eat. The veggie burger was dry and lacked sauce, the meat and cheese plate was decent and so were the pretzel sticks. The views from Omni Mount Washington are magnificent, so it was great to be able to take in the views with some wine and something to munch.
