The food was absolutely amazing! The waitstaff was excellent, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The portion sizes were generous. I highly recommend this place!
Five years later, Ixtapa in Carnation continues to thrive, offering excellent service and great value. Their Happy Hour menu in the bar is not widely known, but it's definitely worth checking out...
