Just left this location. My fiancee ordered a drink and a brownie to be told that she couldn't get a brownie because they are cleaning the oven. This happened at 7:10pm when their closing time is 9pm. It would be judicious to train your workers to treat ALL people with the same respect. Simply unacceptable. View all feedback.

Today's experience at this Starbucks location inside Target was excellent. I walked right up to the counter with no one in front of me, redeemed my Target app offer of 20% off Starbucks beverages Iced, Hot or Blended until Feb 24 That's a great deal. The barista was very friendly made me a delicious drink. I also asked for an ice water; and she graciously complied.
I previously worked at a different Starbucks location, and unfortunately, my experience there was less than professional, especially with Ciara. During my time at that store, she often raised her voice with me, making me feel like I was being shouted at. When I decided to quit, she handled it unprofessionally by taking me off the schedule, despite my request to finish my already-scheduled shifts. I expressed that I had bills to pay, yet she removed me from the schedule, which was incredibly embarrassing. Additionally, one of her coworkers, a shift leader, spread negative gossip about me, contributing to my reluctance to return to that store. Thankfully, I am now more comfortable going back to that Starbucks, as the new staff are fantastic and supportive. I believe they would have the patience to help me meet the standards of a Starbucks barista. As someone with learning difficulties, I appreciate when people are patient and understanding. I currently work for a competitor who has treated me well and provided the necessary support during my training. Regrettably, Ciara, I felt it necessary to report your call to corporate, as it violated my privacy. You should have deleted my number from your contacts, as I no longer work for your company. I informed corporate about the situation, including your call, and there will likely be consequences for your actions. I hope this serves as a learning experience for you. Please respect my request to remove my number from your contacts and allow me my privacy. Thank you.
