Bibibop - Carmel

While on our way to the Indianapolis airport, we were in need of a place to grab a quick lunch and we were thrilled to discover Bibibop. This restaurant offers a build-your-own bowl concept with a wide range of choices for bases, vegetables, sauces, and toppings. The only vegan protein option available is tofu. I was impressed with the clear labeling of ingredients and the friendly staff member who assisted us.

I love ordering tofu bowls with lots of vegetables! The teriyaki and sesame ginger sauces are vegan-friendly.

Got the Plant Based Power Bowl and found it a good option. Ours was a phone order so only ran into the store to pick up the order it was ready and waiting within the 10 15 minutes it took us to arrive. Seemed to be a popular place and we were all satisfied.

I really love the variety of options available, they are delicious and affordable considering the quality and quantity you receive. When I'm looking for something quick and satisfying but don't have much time or money, I come here. You can customize your own bowl with plenty of vegetable and tofu protein options.
