La Nortena Mexican Food - Carlsbad

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and the staff is just as exceptional! The asado is the highlight of the menu, and the tortas are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying La Norteña.

I was driving through San Antonio and stumbled upon this amazing food truck! The tacos and tortas were delicious and satisfying.

I absolutely love the Mexican food at this restaurant! They truly know how to make authentic dishes that remind me of home in the Texas valley. The service is quick and the staff are incredibly friendly. The food was delicious and I was very impressed with my meal. They also accept card payments if you don't have cash on hand. The menu has a great variety of options and the prices are reasonable.

They support this business if they can. the owner is incredibly courteous and nice, and eating is great! we have a few food restrictions and there were no problems to worry about them. they run the business from the truck next to la nortena, called el charro, but it is the same menu. highly recommended this place, especially if they just go through!
