Kfc - Carlsbad

Took them over 30 minutes to get my order while others that came in after me got theirs first. Not to mention none of them were wearing gloves. Recommend stay away

The woman at the counter was extremely unpleasant and outright refused to give us the drinks we ordered. She accused us of lying even after we showed her the online receipt. To make matters worse, the chicken we received was undercooked. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

I visited the restaurant around 4 PM on a weekday when it wasn't busy at all. There were just two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru lane. I placed a simple order for one of their bowl meals, and when I got to the window, I paid for it. After receiving my drink, the staff member asked me to pull forward and wait for my order. I was a bit perplexed since there was only one car behind me and no line. I moved to the front and noticed three other cars were also waiting. After 20 minutes, I was still sitting there, waiting for my food.

It's a "order your food and go" kind of atmosphere here, and while I enjoyed the food, I wish the staff were a bit friendlier.

Not attentive to takeout order being filled with all items/some being missing but paid for. While eating in the parkinglot due to pet policies we noted a car going round and round the drive thru revving up their motor playing with drive thru host....food was good, what we got but not accurate to the menu discription. Due to the playful car ordeal going around the drive thru was a choice we made to not go back thru the window area to correct our missing food items from our
