Multiple times I hav... read more The most pathetic excuse for a KFC I 've ever experienced. I love KFC but the food here is rarely fresh. And the management is incompetent. Multiple times I have went there and the food was out of stock. If your not going to stock chicken, then shut down, lock the doors and go home. I don 't want to hear I 'm sorry we are out of that until Friday , and damn sure don 't want to hear that when its only Monday. Unacceptable. I wont be wasting my time going to this KFC again. No

It was quick and friendly service! I highly recommend it despite some negative reviews; this restaurant is a gem! I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

I was there around 4pm on a weekday and they weren?t busy. There were 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru lane. I placed my order then when I get to window I pay f... read more I was there around 4pm on a weekday and they weren?t busy. There were 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru lane. I placed my order then when I get to window I pay for my order. I ordered one of the bowl meals so wasn?t a big order. He gives me my drink andtells me to pull to the front to wait for my order. I was confused because they were not busy. There was one car behind me. Ipull to the front and noticed there?s 3 other cars waiting. 20 minutes later Im still waiting for my order and they served 4cars than ordered after me. The girl came out with orders and kept asking what they ordered. So this place is just moving thedrive they line but doesn?t have a way to keep track of which cars ordered what. So I walk i to the store and ask if they forgotabout my order. They asked what I ordered and then they say my order was accidentally given to someone else. So it took 25minutes total before I got my order. I hope a regional manager reads this. They are doing something that I?ve never seen anotherfast food business does just to keep the drive thru lane going but then totally confused about who ordered what when the orderscome out. A word of advise, give the order a number and write down the vehicle they are driving so you won?t be confused andgive away orders to the wrong car.

While eating in the parkinglot due to pet policies we noted a car going round and round the drive thru revving up their motor playing with drive thru host....foodwas good, what we got but not accurate to the menu discription. Due to the playful car ordeal going around the drive thru was achoice we made to not go back thru the window area to correct our missing food items from our order. Win win for KFC getting thefull price paid for a food ordered that was missing part of the order; not the best service due to playfuldistractions/possible ltd safety for drive thru service patrons. ????
