Upon our arrival, we noticed that the parking lot wasn’t very full. Unfortunately, there was only one cook and one server on duty. Despite this, once we received our meals, they were warm and flavorful. I made an effort not to dwell on the staffing shortage, as it wasn’t their fault that some team members didn’t show up. What User doesn't like about Ihop:
Waited to be seated and the server just looked at us and walked away. After being seated took about 15 minutes to get drinks. Ordered and waited almost an hour to still receive NOTHING. Left without being served. No one came to check on us throughout that time. Nor did anyone apologize for the the wait or explain why it was taking so long when there were only 4 families 2 of which had already received their food. View all feedback.

Worst IHOP experience ever! Waited for our food for one hour. The inside of the restaurant is full of flies. The restaurant is empty and they seat us right next to the kitchen entrance. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
My 2nd and final time dining at this IHOP. My first experience was unpleasant because of the super miserable depressed hostess. This time around, my experience was only marginally better. I stood at the hostess stand and the kid serving tables looked at me directly several times without acknowledging me. When I spoke up to be seated, he seemed surprised I was there to eat. ??????????? Service here is extremely slow. I ordered pancakes and chicken meal with a side home
Just, generally unfortunate. There were very obviously about two employees working that evening so it was hard to be upset when the waitress was seen running around the dining room simply doing her best. It was not as hard to be upset about how uncannily like meat the pancakes appeared. Imagine pancakes that spread to the size of the entire pan, did not rise at all, and then were burnt to the point of crispiness while miraculously maintaining a soggy interior. Also, they were
I had mold on my fruit and this was my crepes!!! Suppose to be strawberry. Also ,got a turkey dinner with no gravy and broccoli that is dried out and dried out turkey as well. We are from out of town and too tired to go back and get it fixed......you should check you to go orders before they go and make sure they have everything and are presentable.. Even my husband's breakfast sampler was dried eggs and dried ham and rubber sausage. Plz check the food before leaving
