What User doesn't like about Fortune Palace:
Terrible customer service, intentionally rude staff, and mediocre food left a bad impression. I stopped by for lunch initially while attending a family event, and a few days later, my dad made a reservation for dinner. When we arrived, they had no table for us. We just left and definitely won’t be going back. I would give it 0 stars if possible. View all feedback. What User likes about Fortune Palace:
I had an authentic yum cha experience with delicious, appropriately sized dishes. They offer discounted prices for cash payments. The wait time was reasonable, even though the restaurant was crowded. The service was quick and efficient. While parking is free, it can be challenging to find a spot on weekends. View all feedback.
