I wouldn't normally do that, but I think it's so unfair to leave bad reviews for a place you've never been. Based on a TV program that shows what you want to see. Very childish! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tea At 73:
Not much can be said about the value for money at this location, and the staff isn't very impressive either. After watching them on the 4 in a Bed series, it all makes sense now. Just a reminder for those leaving comments without actually experiencing the hotel firsthand: focus on your own lives and stay out of others' business. View all feedback.
Refused to provide for vegan during booking. no explanation, the guy on the phone was very rude!
18/02/2018 on Friday we had a nice time on the tee at 73 for a afternoon tee for 2 that was both vegan and gluten-free! we had a lemon drop of cake, chocolate cake and a cashew cheesecake; Cucumber sandwich, yellow pfeffer sandwich and tomato garlic rupture. pricy £36 of two and had to be booked in advance. very impressed by gluten-free. they didn't make anything even prebought. they could be innovat with the sandwiches with other fillings and could have seen scene. we had the option that unlimited tee, so we tried to heather hibiscus; lemongrass ingwer and kamille; all loose fresh brautee. we had a total of 4 pots with 8 cups each! we drink so much hot lemon water, but not so much tea. we had the afternoon at 20 o'clock when we both worked. the place is so beautiful with light music and we had luck having the place for us with a bartender mandy that I found out is vegetarian who wants to go vegan. she was so beautiful that she asked us if we wanted to see how one of the rooms looked at in the hotel. it is beautiful! she never knew of the vegan options in cardiff and about happycow. if they want to introduce a romantic one, this is a place for a special day. it was our first time with the afternoon and it was on my list to do since I found out about this place last year. absolutely recommended!

18/02/2018 On Friday we had a lovely time at Tea at 73 for an Afternoon tea for 2 which was both vegan and gluten free! We had a lemon drizzle cake, chocolate cake and a cashew cheese cake; cucumber sandwiches, yellow pepper sandwich and tomato garlic bruchette. Pricy £36 from two and had to be pre booked. Very impressed with the gluten free. They made everything themselves not prebought at all. They could be more innovative with the sandwiches though using other fillings and would have liked to see scones. We had the option that unlimited tea so we tried blueberry Hibiscus; Lemongrass ginger and chamomile; all loose fresh brewed tea. We had in total 4 pots with 8 cups of tea each! We drink as much hot lemon water but not so much tea. We had afternoon at 8 pm as we both were working. The place is so lovely with light music and we were lucky to have the place to ourselves with a bartender Mandy who I found out is vegetarian who wants to go vegan. She was so lovely she asked us if we wanted to see what one of the rooms looked like in the hotel. It's beautiful! She never knew about the vegan options in Cardiff and about Happycow. If you want a Romantic quite setting this is a place for a special day. It was our 1st time having afternoon tea and it was on my list to do since I found out about this place last year. Absolutely recommend!
