Had a craving for a mega melt so went up at 11:15 as google said opening was 11am. Store actually opened and 10am and breakfast finished at 11am. The nice women serving still made me breakfast. Thank you
Terrible in one word. When a customer stands in front you don’t ignore him/her. After 10 minutes the gentleman at the counter deigned to ask what I wanted. The sandwich doesn’t take a long time to do and it takes someone exceptionally incompetent to get it wrong and this person got it horribly wrong. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This was the best Subway sandwich my wife and I have had in years, and the nicest subway chain. When we arrived Saiful was cleaning, keeping the resturant spotless, and he proceeded to make us the perfect versions of our standard orders. Packed expertly, with care No overflowing no leakage, even though we always order all the veg (yes seriously all). Saiful deserves recognition and a raise ! We loved it. To compare cardiff city centre subway is awful and genuinely put me off the chain. Saiful has single handedly reinvigorated my taste for Subway. Visiting from East Sussex, this Subway is the best I been in. The two young gentlemen that served me were so engaging and smiley . Service was quick and my choice was delicious, especially the honey mustard. I think, looking at some low scoring reviews, something must have changed here, because my experience was so different. Food was extremely late and was cold. Clearly made upon order and left on the side to fester until my delivery driver dared to turn up and do their job. My cold drink was also warm also telling me my order was just left and forgotten
