Specialty of the house is chicken grilled with various sauces such as chipotle, tamarind, and others, but the restaurant also serves numerous other meals. Chicken orders can be made for one quarter, one half, or for a whole chicken. We tried the chipotle and the tamarind chicken and both were delicious. On another occasion we tried the ribs and the arrachera and again, both were very tasty. The restaurant is small with perhaps 10 or 12 tables and is very popular with the locals. Service was good and the staff was very patient with our limited Spanish. This is a typical Mexican eatery with a T.V. showing either a soap or a football game, and is a very relaxed and informal place. Alcohol is not served but the fresh made lemonade is very good with their meals. Prices are moderate and reasonable for the quality of the food. An excellent place to rub elbows with locals while enjoying delicious food.(We visited the restaurant while on road trips and were happy that they were open for business between 4 & 5:00 p.m. when we stopped there.)

Me encanta la comida de este restaurante, el servicio es rápido, las porciones son abundantes, todo está muy limpio, y he probado platos deliciosos a un precio muy económico. ¡Me encanta!
