A few days ago I visited this place. Without a doubt, the best are the ribs. I had to mention it. I was surprised with its flavor. There is a wide variety of dishes, all very good, but the ribs, those really win a prize! The attention is good. The place may be a little run down, but with its kitchen, any inconvenience is compensated. Do you need to eat delicious food in Cárdenas, Tabasco? You have to go. Several years ago, when they had another name, they sold great chocolate. The best I've ever tried. I don't know why they stopped selling it, but I hope they bring it back. I have always liked ribs, breakfasts with their coffee. What can be improved are the chilaquiles, if they are made with cured meat, just put cured meat, do not include chicken in the chilaquiles and require the tortilla to be a little moister in the sauce. The jerky is very thin as tips, only leave it for about 5 minutes on each side because otherwise it will be hard and the diner will not like it. The quality has decreased a lot, before I only went for their Swiss enchiladas but today it is the worst on their menu, they always come cold, the cheese is stiff, the tortilla breaks easily. And if you ask for them to be brought hot it seems like they only put them in the microwave because the plate is hot and the rest is not. They even gave me an expired flavored water, when I made the observation about the date printed on the bottle they took it away and when I returned they claimed that it was the production date but they had still scratched the date on the bottle with a marker️ Very few things on their menu are worth it, either it's not good or it's expensive.
