On a hot, humid Florida Saturday, we headed to Mango's to hang poolside. The atmosphere was great. However, it took forever to get our food and drinks. Our server did warn us that she only serving this side (3 ft-6 pool) and was making the drinks herself. Poor gal to have no help. Big shout out to Duncan, Laurie and their entire staff! We had an amazing vacation in the Dreamcatcher house last week and everyone at Tortuga made the entire trip stress free and were very responsive and professional with every request, need and inquiry. They all work very hard to be sure that their guests want for nothing and have a memorable time on the island. Thank you for providing excellent service and communication during our stay on North Captiva! Best Mark
This is a fantastic spot to stop by on your boat! The food and drinks were excellent, the pool was pristine, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
We had tried to arrange for groceries to be purchased, delivered and out away in the kitchen before our arrival. When we got there we found no food. Somehow, the order hadn’t gone through. The Tortuga properties people took a copy of our grocery list and had our food at the house in less than 24 hours. The grocery service wasn’t their issue, but they fixed it anyway.
Great bar with two pool areas. Hidden in the mangroves on Captiva North. Arrive early as moorings are rare.

Later, we went into the outdoor food area (maybe members area) the food was okay. The atmosphere was good, It was a busy day, so maybe they were overwhelmed. Mango's is definitely more of a place to go to hang and stay cool.
