As soo... read more I hadn’t been here in years. When I started planning my latest trip to the island, I had been raving to my friend about how special this coffee shop was. As soon as we walk in, the rudest woman was standing behind the counter, arms crossed just staring at us. What happened to this place..? Seriously, management needs to fire this lady. How many more negative reviews will it take before anything is done?

My husband tried... read more Went in last night for ice cream and the woman at the counter was extremely rude. My daughter asked for a milkshake and all she said was “no”. My husband tried to make small talk with her and asked where she was from. Her response was “it does not matter.” We have been coming to Captiva for 10 years and this was the first time we have encountered terrible service. After seeing all of the complaints about her on here and Yelp, I’m shocked she still has a job. Will never go back

D... read more I honestly wouldn't even give them one star if I had the option. The staff was extremely rude, and the place was unsanitary! The ice cream wasn't good at all. Don't bother going here. Instead, take a few extra miles to Sanibel and visit Pinocchio’s or Joey's Custards.
