The ice cream wasn't even enjoyable. Save your time and drive a few extra miles to Sanibel for Pinocchio’s or Joey's Custards instead.

The man responded in a very rude tone, "Can you not read?" One member of our group ordered an Oreo milkshake, and the man let out a loud sigh in frustration. When we ordered another one, he still seemed annoyed, making one of the girls in our group feel intimidated to place her order. When she tried to order a mint chocolate chip milkshake, he told her no, saying it would break the blender. So, she settled for the cookies and cream, which turned out to be overly milky and unappetizing. Not only was the man incredibly rude, but the service was painfully slow as well. On top of all this, he complained about payment methods, insisting on exact change or a credit card. It's hard to believe they didn't have any cash in the register—maybe because they were already preparing to close?

As soon as we walk in, the rudest woman was standing behind the counter, arms crossed just staring at us. What happened to this place..? Seriously, management needs to fire this lady. How many more negative reviews will it take before anything is done?
