We both ordered the Big Island Basic which comes with 2 eggs cooked any way, choice of bacon or sausage, and potatoes or rice. The portions are large and the prices are very reasonable, plus the view of the ocean across the street is amazing. The service was fantastic, with very friendly staff who kept refilling our coffee in large mugs. It's a great place to relax and start the day off right.

The shrimp salad was enjoyable, but only had two cherry tomatoes, a few bacon bits, and a small amount of cheese on top. The service was good, but the exterior of the restaurant, including the rails and stairs, were very dirty. We are considering removing Foster's from our list of go-to spots due to the decline in quality. It's disappointing as it used to be a consistently great restaurant.
