Server was attentive and reasonably quick. 10 of us served and fed in 45 minutes which was great as we were on a quick turnaround. Disappointed that no espresso coffee was available the day we went. Sensational view.

The fish was fresh and right, like eggs and potatoes. The fruit cup was a little old looking, but had taste. My husband had the fish tacos and was very satisfied. My mimosa cocktail was pretty flat, but the Hana Hou was delicious. My husband's **** Mary was great. It was my birthday, so the surprise chocolate cake was decadent! Connie was a great waitress. Great view from the second floor seat and no hurry to get us out. Very satisfied with everything and the free birthday entree.

I ordered the macadamia crusted mahi mahi with jasmine rice and seasonal veggies, which I was told would be broccolini. The sauce fish was way too sweet. It was all I could taste. The jasmine rice really didn't taste like anything and the brocollini came out as steamed brocoli. there was no seasoning on it whatsoever, not even salt, EVOO, nothing. I also ordered the Guava rib appetizer. They were tough and chewy, not fall off the bone delicious as I'm used to in a fine dining establishment. And, they seemed to have the same sauce as the fish. The coleslaw that came with the ribs were tasteless and bitter. On a good note, the Rose was delicious and my husband loved his fish tacos.

The shrimp salad was enjoyable, but only had two cherry tomatoes, a few bacon bits, and a small amount of cheese on top. The service was good, but the exterior of the restaurant, including the rails and stairs, were very dirty. We are considering removing Foster's from our list of go-to spots due to the decline in quality. It's disappointing as it used to be a consistently great restaurant.
