The ice cream is great, there are a lot of flies inside and the bathroom is not maintained at all. Suggest you pick up and leave

We visited this location today, and were abhorred. We were not even able to finish eating our order. The place is swarming with flies not just in the seating area, but also where the food is being prepared. We saw an employee playfully chasing the other with a pair of tongs, then putting it back to serve the toppings without washing it. I think this particular location needs some work.

After strolling through Old Quebec, we happened upon this little ice cream shop. Delicious gelato! We got raspberry and lemon. Very friendly service too.

First time customer from America. Tables were messy (only one other customer group) and customer service wasn’t great.We had to pay in cash (there was no sign but cashier told us no card because the wifi was down) and we had to pay the Canadian dollar price in USD (1 Usd for 1 Cad) and they gave us Canadian dollars for change.The dishes were good but I won’t remember it fondly.

Stopped by after dinner for a treat after passing by the previous day. We didn't experience any issues like other reviews. Sure, tables were moved and not put back, and they probably could have paid more attention to wiping them down. But we easily found a clean one, even tho it was fairly busy. Service was fast and polite. Even took the extra effort to get the staff member who spoke the best English to answer questions.
