If you have choice, dont 't sit there! Tourist trap, they work when the other restaurants are closed, 16 p.m-17 p.m. We were welcomed with the question Eat or drink as the restaurant was nearly empty. The table we 're given was not cleaned, I asked twice to clean it, without a result. The pizza was not good at all. Not worth for the high prices, they changed the menu for dinner, the same dishes with higher prices.

We’ll be skipping this one on our future visits to Caprì. The food and ambiance was beautiful, but unfortunately our server ruined the experience. Our table didn’t have salt and pepper shakers on it (every other table did) and my wife asked for them. Simple request, right? Our server then brought literally every spice imaginable (inclusive of giant plastic salt and pepper grinders from the kitchen and two different flavors of Tabasco) and put it on our small, two-top table, which filled about half of its surface. We literally just wanted salt and pepper. When we asked for recommendations and had specific questions about the wine list and dishes on the menu, our server simply said, “it’s good.” No further information. He either wasn’t at all knowledgeable about the food and drinks available or couldn’t be bothered to help us make a decision. Either way, his behavior wasn’t an indication of the kind of service we’ve grown to expect at a restaurant of this kind. Finally, our server sold me the catch of the day for a main, but failed to inform me that 1) it was a serving for two and 2) it would be plated on an enormous tray that would barely fit our table—which was already crowded with the aforementioned assortment of spices and sauces we hadn’t asked for. I can’t understand why anyone would do such a thing. The entire experience felt like our server was either making a joke that wasn’t landing or was being intentionally disrespectful to us, which is a shame because it’s such a beautiful place with delicious food.
