I emphasize that the staff was very courteous and attentive to our needs (4 vegetarians at the table). Only note: pizzas weren't available during the current serving (not that we wanted them). We dined at the Hotel Riva Blu restaurant and were blown away by the delicious, flavorful, and authentic dishes. The staff is exceptionally kind, making you feel right at home with impeccable service. Eating while admiring the view was the perfect finishing touch to a perfect evening. A stunning place in every way, we'll definitely be back soon!
