Contribute FeedbackIn a recent exploration of dining options, patrons encountered a mixed bag of experiences at a local restaurant. While some diners praised the restaurant's exceptional quality and portion sizes, particularly for pizza and cheesesteaks, others were dismayed by inconsistent service and food quality. Complaints included underwhelming dishes and repeated order mistakes without proper apologies or resolutions. Long-time visitors expressed disappointment, noting that the establishment's prior charm seemed lost with new ownership, even as some remained loyal, vowing to return. As opinions vary widely, this eatery continues to be a subject of debate among both newcomers and frequent guests.
I have been frequenting this restaurant since it changed ownership and the food and service have consistently been fantastic. This place has some of the best pizza and cheesesteaks in Cape May. Seriously, it's so delicious. On a side note, I visit once a week during the summer to get takeout and the restaurant is always clean and spotless, so whoever claimed there were rodents is definitely lying. I am looking forward to returning next year!
I dined at this restaurant with my family while we were in Cold Spring Village. Unfortunately, my son's meatball parm sandwich seemed to be made with leftover meatballs that were broken up and not very appetizing. My cheesesteak was mediocre with not enough cheese and was quite dry. My wife had to send her order back twice before receiving the correct dish. It seems like someone else has taken over this restaurant from the original owners based on other reviews. It's a shame because this used to be a favorite spot for us for pizza and Strombolis. We will be trying a different place next time.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. Whenever I visit Cape May or Wildwood, it is always on my list of must-visit places. My family and I have been coming here every year for the past 18 years. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff are usually friendly and welcoming.
Worst customer service. Second time my order was wrong. No apologies no regard to me having to drive 10 minutes back to their establishment and 10 minutes back to my house. gas prices are high) I hope they didn?t give my order to someone else! Theybasically said all well come back and get your order. No discount no refund. The only reason we decided to give them a secondchance was because we were in the neighborhood but we know better now! If it could be a no star rating that?s what I wouldgive them!
Before starting our Journey into History and reaching our destination, we made a quick stop for slices of Pizza. The place is called Erma Deli Pizzeria,. Kit had 2 Plain Slices with a bottle of Coke and I had 2 Pepperoni Slices with a bottle of DietDr. Pepper They have a small class display at the counter that holds 2 large pizzas, 1 Plain and 1 Pepperoni My sliceswere dry, hard crust, but somehow still had a pleasant enjoyable spicy pepperoni taste. The slices could of had more pepperoniand if fresh it would of been better. Kit's Plain Slices looked fresh, had a good N.Y. Flop. She said it tasted good and hitthe spot before we got to the Wildwood Naval Air Station Museum!!!
