We have often enjoyed the restaurant, but tonight the service was non-existent, the staff was not rude, and waited patiently until we were finished our meal; bu... read more We have often enjoyed the restaurant, but tonight the service was non-existent, the staff was not rude, and waited patiently until we were finished our meal; but it was as if no-one was responsible for our table, we were not asked if we wanted dessert, and I had to go to the bar and ask for coffees, The food was not as good as normal, all together a disappointment today.

We did not have a good experience at all. We ordered Solomillo Iberico with Sweet Potatoe Mash and got slices of burned meet with fries. We ordered Seabass with... read more We did not have a good experience at all. We ordered Solomillo Iberico with Sweet Potatoe Mash and got slices of burned meet with fries. We ordered Seabass with Spinach Gambas. And got Seabass with in oil grilled Capsicorn and 2 Shrimps. The Veggies were oily and oversalted. The waitress tried her best. But the kitchen is a mess quality wise. In the end, we got invited, but after driving an hour from Calvia to this Hotel Restaurant, we were looking forward to an amazing family lunch. And rather pay and get amazing food, than get invited to bad food. I prefer Son Claret near us a thousand times. A shame, as the Restaurant markets itself as a much better place. I guess, they just do not have well educated and trained chefs on Sundays. And no manager in sight when we asked for it.
